Factory reset of Datafari

If you want to completely reinitialize Datafari i.e. to set Datafari into the same state as it was right after you had downloaded it, there is a feature to do it : just launch the script factory_reset_datafari.sh located in /opt/datafari/recovery_do_not_touch folder. You need to be root to launch it.

When you launch this script, Datafari will be entirely reinitialized. You will loose ALL your data. Consider doing backups before this operation !

Prior to do this, Datafari must be stopped.

cd /opt/datafari/recovery_do_not_touch bash factory_reset_datafari.sh

For EE version :

If your Datafari is into cluster mode, you have to launch this script into all the servers of your cluster
