Tagging Text in Datafari

We list here the different options in order to extract entities from texts in Datafari, then tagging the documents with it. Note that as of Datafari 4.3, for the query time entity extraction, we currently have two different widgets, one historically coming from the simple extraction tagging method, the other (still in alpha mode and no published) coming from the STT based tagging. Eventually, these two approaches will be merged.
