When you install Datafari, you define a global admin password for apache proxy admin account, that gives you access to the Datafari web app and the same password is also affected to the user admin for the Apache proxy ie when you want to access to Solr admin pages or Zeppelin admin pages (analytics dashboards)following apps: Apache Solr, monit, Glances, Apache Zeppelin.
If you want to change the password for this account, you can modify it directly in the Admin UI of Datafari. Go to Admin → User Management → Manage Datafari Web Services Users.
